Zachary Pascarella is the founder and CEO of Sprnkle, the personality-first professional platform replacing the 500-year-old résumé. A Buffalo, New York native, Zack has been building companies since 21. His earlier ventures include Apex Outdoors (2016), Wise Owl Wood Company (2019), Wise Owl Concepts (2021), and Taskflow Global Solutions (2025), a Philippines-based remote workforce operation that supplied the operational backbone for Sprnkle's launch. Sprnkle was born from a simple observation: AI-generated résumés have broken hiring. Recruiters drown in noise. Candidates drown in silence. Sprnkle gives every user a personality-graded signal layer that AI cannot fake. Sprnkle is incorporated in Delaware and headquartered in Niagara Falls, New York. Zack is currently in process with 43North and the University at Buffalo Cultivator program.
